Inconel X750
Nickel Alloys
Inconel X750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy, strengthened by aluminum, titanium and niobium to form γ' phase [Ni₃(Al,Ti,Nb)]. It delivers high tensile strength, creep-rupture strength and excellent stress relaxation resistance at elevated temperatures, while maintaining good oxidation and corrosion resistance. Suitable for high-temperature springs, bolts, turbine components and nuclear parts operating from cryogenic to 870°C.
Advantage
1. High strength & creep resistance up to 870°C (1600°F) via γ' precipitation hardening 2.Excellent stress relaxation resistance, ideal for high-temperature springs and fasteners 3. Superior oxidation resistance up to 980°C (1800°F) and chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance 4. Good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures, reliable in extreme low-temperature environments
