Nickel Alloys

Inconel 718 Board

Inconel 718 is a precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium-iron alloy with outstanding high-temperature strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good fabricability. It maintains high strength and toughness up to 700°C, offering superior resistance to oxidation, creep, and stress corrosion cracking. Compared to other nickel-based alloys, it features good weldability and formability, making it widely used in aerospace, gas turbines, oil & gas, and high-temperature structural applications.

Advantage

1. Excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance up to 700°C 2. Good weldability and fabricability, suitable for complex forming and machining 3. Outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking and oxidation at elevated temperatures
