Inconel800H
Nickel Alloys
Inconel 800H is a solid-solution strengthened iron-nickel-chromium austenitic alloy, an upgraded version of Inconel 800 with controlled carbon (0.05–0.10%) and grain size for superior creep resistance above 600°C. It exhibits excellent oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation resistance, combined with good mechanical strength and stress rupture properties at elevated temperatures. Widely used in furnace components, ethylene cracking tubes, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels for petrochemical
Advantage
1.Exceptional creep & stress rupture strength at 600–900°C, ideal for long-term high-temperature service 2. Excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization and sulfidation in high-temperature industrial atmospheres 3. Good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and nitric/organic acid corrosion 4. Stable mechanical properties and reliable performance in cryogenic to elevated temperature ranges
