4J32 Super-Invar
Nickel Alloys
4J32 (Super-Invar) is a iron-nickel-cobalt low expansion alloy, featuring an ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient even lower than 4J36 within -60°C to 80°C. It maintains exceptional dimensional stability under temperature fluctuations, with good ductility, machinability and weldability. Ideal for high-precision components in aerospace, optical systems, electronic packaging and cryogenic engineering where strict dimensional accuracy is critical.
Advantage
1.Lower CTE than 4J36 (≤1.5×10⁻⁶/°C @ -60~80°C), superior dimensional stability 2.Excellent mechanical properties and reliable performance at cryogenic temperatures 3.Good workability for complex parts, easy stamping, forming and welding 4.High precision and stability for critical components in extreme environments
